Good Friday Services

Friday, March 29 // 5:30PM
All campuses and online

We invite you to come as we commemorate and celebrate the death of our Lord Jesus Christ, Him dying for our sins and the freedom we can now have because of what he’s done on our behalf.

We encourage black or dark clothing for this service.

Englewood will provide childcare for birth-1st grade on Good Friday. Childcare will not be available at our Westminster or Colorado Springs campuses. Cry rooms will available on each campus for children that may need to be taken out of service.

Serve

Serve with us.

We are planning on one of the biggest events we have ever held at BRAVE Church, and we need your help. Hundreds of volunteers are needed to welcome our guests and make the morning run smoothly. If you would like to serve with our prayer team, parking, festival, ushers and greeters, hospitality, set up, clean up, or something else, we have a place for you.

FAQ

General FAQs

We will not have children’s programming during the actual service. We will be asking all kids to sit with their parents. However, we will have activity packs for the kids to color during the service. We also have the addition of the festival for families to take part in before and after the service
We will be utilizing multiple entrances that morning to get the most out of all parking availability. Please follow the direction of the parking crew that morning to direct you to the best entrance.
Gates open at 8am and we encourage everyone to arrive early. It will take some time to park and get to your seats, and we want everyone to be able to enjoy the entire service. There will be plenty of activity and food trucks (for purchase) to keep your family busy before service begins.
Feel free to come early, bring your breakfast and have a picnic in your seats or plan to visit one of the food trucks at the festival. Bring stadium seats if you'd like, and don't forget your sunscreen and sunglasses! There is a thin strip of grass between the track and the sidewalk if you would like to bring blankets to sit on rather than on bleachers or chairs.
We will be at Bandimere, rain or shine.
Absolutely. We have ample handicapped seating. Our parking team will also try to help you get as close as possible to the handicapped area. When you arrive, please turn on your hazard lights so our team will know you need handicapped seating.
We are trying to keep the total service time to approximately 75 minutes. We will be offering baptisms at the end of service, which could extend the service time. Additionally, we are inviting everyone to join us after the service as we pray for Bandimere Speedway and their coming season. The festival and food trucks will also be available after the service if you'd like to have some while you wait for traffic to thin.
Absolutely not. Parking is completely free. In fact, the entire event, with the exception of the food trucks, is free. Shuttles will be available for those parked in the outer lots or who have mobility challenges.
We get it! It's an early morning, and we need all the caffiene we can get. We will have complimentary coffee and water available. Get here early, though... once it's gone, it's gone. Food will be available for purchase from the food trucks at the festival.
Nope. Seating is first come, first serve and tickets are NOT required. We have 23,000 available seats, so there should be ample room.
