High School Winter Retreat
High School Ministry
Calling all High School Students! We are so excited to experience an amazing weekend away together February 16-18th! All students, grades 9-12 are welcome and invited to come. We will be going to Crooked Creek, in Fraser, Colorado and are partnering with Colorado Winter Camps this year. We will be joining 5 other churches from around the Denver Metro area to experience what the Lord has in store. More information can be found on their website HERE.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions! Packing list and other important details will be sent in advance. Registration closes Friday, February 2 at 11:59PM! Early Bird price starts at $229 and ends December 31st. Full price of $279 will be until the closing date.
Students will receive camp schedule and additional information upon arrival to camp! Below is a general schedule for the weekend. Note that we will text and email about departure to ensure you know when students will be arriving back at BRAVE on Sunday evening. Please plan on arriving Friday with a packed dinner or having already eaten prior to driving to retreat! Also, due to limited parking at BRAVE on the weekends, we do not want to leave cars all weekend at the church. So, please plan on dropping students off at the church or try to carpool as best as possible!

PACKING LIST
Bible (Notebook Provided - But Journal/Pen also) Warm Clothes (It's winter!) FLASHLIGHT - It is very dark at night and early morning! (Snowpants/Boots/Hats/Gloves) - Water Bottle Towel / Toiletries, Medication (As Needed) Extra Snacks for Ride up / Down and Cabin Time, Pillow / Sleeping Bag for Added Comfort if desired(Bedding Provided) Extra $$ - Snack Shack, Retail Store.
DO NOT BRING - Drugs, weapons, alcohol, unnecessary electronics or distractions, a bad attitude :)
Cell Phones: We will plan on taking students' phones. We will store them safely with leaders for the weekend. If you need to get a hold of anyone, leaders will have their phones and I will provide a list of contacts the week prior to departure.
Refund Policy: There will be no refunds for retreat once registration is complete. The only exceptions are family emergencies and sickness related issues. BRAVE pays the camp in advance based on who has registered and we do not get refunds for any student who can not make it last minute.
