Easter 2022 Volunteer Sign Up

The parking team will facilitate parking, shuttle volunteers and others who park in farther lots. Requirements: Arrive at 6am to set up and be ready to park cars starting at 7am.

Join us as we greet attendees as they come to the Easter Service. Requirements: meet at 7:30am to begin greeting at 8am.

Ushers will direct people as needed to maximize space. Ushers will collect and deliver the offering at the end of the service. Requirements: meet at 8:30am to begin ushering at 9am, stay after service until offering money is secure.

All volunteers will meet at one location to pick up lanyards and to meet with their teams. Duties will include checking volunteers in, organizing volunteers, handing out breakfast and coffee, etc. Requirements: Some set up on Saturday night, arrive at 7am to set up for volunteers to arrive at 7:30am.

The Welcome Team will be available to answer questions about BRAVE Church. Requirements: Arrive at 7:30am to be ready to serve at 8am.

Taking down signs, tables etc. and loading it all into the Uhaul. Doing a quick clean-up of the bleachers. A few will need to help unload at the church. Requirements: help out after service ends for 1-2 hours.

Setting up signs, tents, tables and chairs. Most of the set up will be done on Saturday mid-day and into the night with a few last minute things on Sunday morning. Once signed up we will send out a schedule for Saturday and Sunday serving. Requirements: available on Saturday or early Sunday morning (7am).

The prayer team will be available to pray with those who come down to receive Christ at the end of the service or those who come forward or to the prayer tent in need of prayer. Requirements: You are required to attend one of the following trainings offered at either campus: Saturday, April 2 or Saturday, April 9 from 9-10am. Plan to stay 1-2 hours after service to pray.

The baptism team will help facilitate baptisms by helping those being baptized with sign ups, clothing and monitoring the changing tents. Requirements: be available to stay after service until all have been baptized- 2-3 hours.

The festival team will help to monitor bouncy houses and food trucks. Requirement: half of the team will help before service (arrive at 7:30am) and half will help after service (stay until 1pm).

The hospitality team will provide meals for the set up team on Saturday (sign up to come later), stock, set up and clean up the Green Room, and help at the coffee and water stations Sunday morning. Requirements: will vary based on what you sign up for. Saturday food and green room set up, coffee and water stations arrive at 7:30am to be ready to serve at 8am.

We will be providing kids packs for kids to draw and doodle on during the service. This team will put the packets together and hand them out while families walk in. Requirements: help putting packs together before Easter. Date TBD. Meet at 7:30am to be ready to hand out packets at 8am.
